PO co-founded Scandinavian Care in 1995 together with the late Dr. Göran Hellers. As former CEO of Scandinavian Care, he played a key role in developing the Scandinavian Care Group and establishing multiple Gamma Knife and cancer centers worldwide. He brings extensive expertise in project and operational management from his executive leadership experience. In addition to serving as a Board Member, he is also Chairman of the Advisory Board.

João brings extensive experience in developing and managing organizations, delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions, particularly in healthcare. He has held senior roles, including Director of International Operations at Sweco, where he developed a vast international network.

Board member

A healthcare technology expert with extensive experience in medical innovation and strategic growth. As a former leader at Elekta, she played a pivotal role in the global expansion of stereotactic radiosurgery solutions, particularly Gamma Knife Radiosurgery. Lena specializes in business development, global market expansion, and advancing healthcare technologies to improve patient outcomes.
